How does this work? - Consigning means you are placing your items with us to sell. Any items accepted on consignment will be priced by us and placed for sale. The items which we accept remain your property until they are sold or until the end of the season bag sale when they become the property of We Kids of Flemington. You are free to remove items at any time before the bag sale. Your account is credited 40% of the selling price of your item when the item is sold. Your account will continue to add up as you sell items. You can then use the credit on your account to purchase items or request a check for the amount on your account.

We take items by appointment - We hand-select all our items so it takes time to inspect, sort, tag, price and hang items. We make every effort to make sure we get your items out for sale quickly, so we must limit appointments to 25 items per appointment.

Clothing must be clean and saleable - Clothing with stains, pet hair, holes, missing buttons, broken zippers and worn spots will not sell so they cannot be accepted. Non-working toys or games with missing pieces also do not sell and cannot be accepted. The best way to make sure your items sell is to make sure they're attractive to the buyer. This includes wrinkles. Unfortunately we cannot iron and press everything that comes in, so excessively wrinkled items will not be accepted either. Spend some time to sort through your items and make sure they're saleable to avoid disappointment.

Make sure we've got room - Larger items such as strollers, outdoor toys and exersaucers can only be accepted as room permits. When you make your appointment we will ask you what you intend to bring. Please be sure to mention larger items so we can let you know if we've got room. Typically, if we don't have room at the present time, we'll take your name and call you when we do.

Certain items sell very well - Be sure to check the links on the tab labeled THIS SEASON for our most wanted items in each of our collections. Items like Legos and Brio trains and brands like Abercrombie Gap and Hollister are sought after by our customers.
